Closing Ceremony

AUG 12:

The closing ceremony was held at a restaurant and it was very simple. Our teachers and supervisors shared their experiences in working with us and we also gave our thanks and our insights for the entire program. I was tasked to speak on behalf of the Filipino participants just like what I said before it was very helpful for me as an English teacher because it gave me a deeper sense into why I should be teaching English, and that is for the bridging of people, cultures, and ideas. English isn’t the main goal, it is the instrument, the means in which people can convey their identity, and their passion.
